the bed was comfortable. the aviary restaurant offered nice views. the staff assisted me with a room upgrade because of the spa facilities being refurbished at a sister hotel.
the club lounge access was quite limited. it was only open for a short time each day. the snack options were also minimal with very little choice .

i stayed here for a relaxing weekend, but the spa was disappointing it is small the staff were unhelpful i asked about massage services at reception but was told to check with the spa myself i emailed them a day before and never heard back also, the room had a mosquito problem 3 out of 4 of us were covered in big bites we were offered 50% off the first night. i am not happy.

the hotel location was convenient for nearby transport options. the room size was good and the bathroom was very functional. i appreciated the little coffee pod machine and milk bottles.
i found it difficult to adjust the room temperature initially. i had to call the front desk to manually adjust it. it was inconvenient needing assistance with the temperature controls.
